I started my career 5 years ago and I love what I do! I am passionate about continuing education and I recently had the privilege to work in the Chicago model room at America’s Beauty Show. I specialize in color of all kinds, including balayage and blonding. I also offer stylish cuts for women and men. If you need smoother, shinier hair, I am certified in Keratin Complex smoothing treatments. It is such a joy helping my clients look their best!

As owner of Thairapy Salon, Hayley Carter, welcomes the opportunity to serve you. She is a Master Cosmetologist and Licensed Cosmetology Instructor. She has been a stylist for 16 years. Hayley taught at a local cosmetology college part time for six years and has taught continuing education seminars to stylists all over Alabama.

She specializes in geometric haircutting, and color. Her goal is to give her clients an updated look that flatters their facial features, and a color that enhances their skin tone. Her haircutting technique is designed to enable the everyday client to style their hair at home with ease. She also offers Keratin treatments which control curl and frizz. Hayley looks forward to customizing a look for you.

While earning a degree from Virginia College in Massage Therapy, I worked as an assistant in a local salon. I soon realized that my true passion is hair.
